The Education Department administers funding flowing from the Aboriginal Human Resource Development Agreement for the purpose of helping Ta'an Kwäch'än citizens who are unemployed or underemployed to rejoin the workforce. The Education Department is responsible for liaising with businesses, organizations, agencies and other governments to create training and employment opportunities for Ta'an Kwäch'än ctizens. This program is integral to help breaking down and overcoming obstacles that may stand in the way of Ta'an Kwäch'än citizens seeking meaningful employment.
